10 More Pictures of King Fahd Fountain

After my first visit to King Fahd's Fountain in Jeddah, I was so impressed that I immediately returned home, did some research, and posted 9 facts about the fountain.

This time around, I wanted to see if I could get a bit more creative with my pictures. The fountain may be one of a kind and it may be fantastic to witness from anywhere and at anytime, but you can only take so many pictures of it before it gets old.

I hope to do separate posts on the fountain at sunset and at night :)

Anyway, the fountain was donated to the city of Jeddah by King Fahd, the 5th King of Saudi Arabia, who died on August 1, 2005. He was succeeded by the current king, King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz.

Less history, more pictures. Right? Right.

It's alive! I actually saw when it was first turned on that evening (which was really cool), but I couldn't get my camera out in time :(

Here's that "creativity" I was talking about.

Not a bad view as you do some shopping and strolling.
